Boshen Tools Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994. It is a "National Torch Plan Key High tech Enterprise" specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of diamond tools, power tools, and alloy tool products. It is a large-scale diamond tool manufacturing enterprise in China. On August 21, 2009, Boshen was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
