More than ten-year’s history, in the Throughout the course of history only Passed and life journey , for BOSUN just a flare.
On September 8,1994
Shijiazhuang Diamond Tools Co. Ltd., the predecessor of Bosun Tools Co. Ltd., was founded. In the same year, Bosun manufactured its first diamond saw blade.
In April 1996
the first hot press sintering equipment and saw blades was manufactured in Bosun. Serials of diamond tools were developed since then, including brazed blades and core bits etc.
In Dec. 1996
Bosun began to prepare for its new plant at No. 10, Haihe Road, Hi-tech Development Zone, Shijiazhuang.
On Dec. 14, 1998
Shijiazhuang Bosun Tools Co. Ltd. was founded in Shijiazhuang Hi-tech Development Zone.
In the year of 2000
Bosun imported CNC automatic laser welding machine and corollary equipments. Bosun’s equipments gradually achieved international advanced level. In the same year, Bosun’s first core drill machine was successfully developed.
In 2001
Bosun began to develop brake pad for high-speed rail trains which was listed as the National Key Emerging Project, the National Torch Program Item and the National S&T Development Plan.
In April 2001
Bosun obtained the import and export qualification, and its export business quickly expanded all over the world.
In the year of 2002
Bosun firstly imported the ORACLE ERP management system and awarded ISO9001 Quality Management System certification in the diamond tools industry. Its management model gradually links up with the global system
In March 2003
the brake pad for 270 km/h passed the 1:1 bench test at the Locomotive and Rolling Stock Inspection Station of the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Railways.
On Sep. 29, 2003
Shijiazhuang Bosun Tools Group Co. Ltd. was founded and then became the biggest diamond tools manufacture in China. In the same year, alloyed tools was developed and launched into the market.
